The location of this cottage is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the North Pennines. The main bedroom offers a wonderful view and the whole place is incredibly comfortable and spotless. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and there are also great dining options nearby. The owners are also very helpful and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. The beds are extremely comfortable and the showers are top-notch.
The stay was too short, forcing us to leave this lovely cottage sooner than we would have liked.

had a wonderful stay in alston, and this time at a charming cottage nestled in nature. stunning views and a cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. well-equipped kitchen and comfy beds were a bonus. can't wait to come back and enjoy the wood burning stove next time!

The cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spacious and well-furnished, with a private garden and a summer house for our dogs to enjoy. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the showers were fantastic. The owners were very helpful and answered all our questions. We can't recommend it enough!

Lovely countryside setting perfect for exploring N. Pennines and Hadrian's Wall. Excellent accommodations with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Modern, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living room with wood stove. Conveniently located just 1 mile from a small village with gas station and pubs.
Felt so much at home, nothing was too much trouble.
